FAQ

Most of our clothing is one size fits all. Our skirts are wrap-style, offering a choice of sizes within the same style. For this particular skirt, sizes range from XS to XL. Otherwise, our sizes are based on standard sizing: S/M, M/L, and L/XL.

  • Hand washing is recommended for these items; never soak clothes to avoid color bleeding!

 

  • NEVER DRY IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT TO PREVENT DYE FADING.

 

  • Avoid tumble drying if possible.

All payments are secure. SSL.

You can pay for your purchases by credit card or PayPal.

Delivery to Guadeloupe and mainland France is via Colissimo.

Packages are shipped within 1 to 7 business days after payment is received.

All packages are tracked.

For international deliveries, please allow 7 to 15 days.

Please double-check the delivery address you provide when placing your order. I am not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address.

Returns are accepted, but must be made within 14 days of receiving your package.

Please fill out a return or exchange request on this Formulaire . Then check your emails within 24-48 hours (including your spam folder).

Clothing must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If there is a tobacco or perfume/incense odor, a refund will not be issued.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable. For an exchange, you will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Only exchanges or store credit are available.

If your package is lost by the carrier during return shipping, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
