FAQ

• Most of our clothing is available in one size, particularly our flowing, loose-fitting or adjustable designs.
• Our wrap skirts can generally fit several body shapes, from XS to XL depending on the design.
• Some garments are also available in standard sizes: S/M, M/L or L/XL. The available sizes are shown on each product page.
• If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering. We will be happy to help you choose the most suitable size.

• To preserve the fibres and colours of your clothing, particularly garments made with natural dyes, we recommend:

1. washing by hand in cold water;
2. washing separately for the first few washes;
3. using a mild detergent without bleach;
4. never leaving the garment to soak;
5. gently removing excess water without twisting;
6. air-drying in the shade, without using a tumble dryer or exposing the garment to direct sunlight.

Always follow the care instructions shown on the garment label.

• Yes, all payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection.
• You can pay for your order by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe service or with PayPal, depending on the options available at checkout.
• ETHNIK HORIZONS does not store your full card details.

• Your order is prepared and shipped from Guadeloupe with Colissimo or another carrier offered at checkout.
• We ship to the Caribbean, Europe, Canada and the United States. Available countries and territories are those offered at checkout.
• Enter your delivery address to see the shipping options available for your destination. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown before you confirm your order.
• You may also choose collection from our store in Saint-François when this option is available.
• Please check your name, address and contact details carefully before completing your purchase.
• In the event of a significant delay, a lost parcel or a damaged delivery, email ethnik.horizons@outlook.com with your order number so that we can investigate with the carrier.

• Returns are accepted in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.
• You have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your order to notify us of your decision. This right also applies to promotional, sale and clearance items, except where a statutory exception applies.
• After notifying us, you have 14 calendar days to return the products. Direct return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
• Products must be returned complete and in good condition. A deduction may be made if an item has been worn beyond a simple fitting, washed, damaged, soiled or returned incomplete.
• For a valid withdrawal, the price of the products and the standard delivery charges initially paid will be refunded.
