Use this form to clearly notify us of your decision to withdraw from an order placed on www.ethnik-horizons.com.

Your request must be submitted within the legal fourteen-day period following receipt of your order. Once submitted, an acknowledgement of receipt containing a copy of your declaration will be sent to you by email.

The product(s) concerned must then be returned at your expense within fourteen days to the address stated in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
